The plot is good, and leads the reader to a surprising dénouement, which I shall not tell you. I liked the characters, Mike and his true love for his wife and his daughter Kat. A humane story of a family in danger, and the power of love, the power of friendship to rescue their family happiness. But there is more to it than these very humane features. The characters are very close to us, to whom we can identify and get thrilled in the reading. the mystery is kept up till the end... And it is up to you to find out what is revealed and was interesting for me. A good thriller. A hymn to life.
